Our widget helps to quit smoking gradually. The idea behind our method consists of a uniform extending the timeframe between smoke breaks. It's up to you to decide how long you’ll be quitting cigarettes and what result do you want to achieve.

Our application will draw up an individual schedule for you and will signalize you every time it's time to smoke. Just start smoking «according to the alarm clock». You won’t even notice how the number of cigarettes smoked will decrease, and the time between smoke breaks will increase. At some point, it will appear that you smoke only once a day, and this single cigarette doesn’t attract you anymore. You can quit smoking completely, or smoke only once in a while.

This app suits your needs if you:

• can’t quit smoking instantly;

• want to simply reduce the number of cigarettes smoked instead of quitting completely;

• you did not help Allen Carr and his "Easy Way to Stop Smoking";

Instructions:

1) Launch our app and enter a starting configuration (How often do you smoke? What is the deadline for quitting? How rarely would you like to smoke till the specified date?).

2) Place our widget called «Don't Shout, I'm Quitting Smoking!» within the vacant space on your desktop

3) Thereafter our app will operate in an automatic mode. You can put a pause or resume the application when it suits you by modifying our widget’s settings.
