The app Volvo Aci Global Requesting Roadside Assistance Localized

The Volvo TeleSOS application developed by Aci Global for Volvo allows the user to carry out a request for assistance to the Operations Center of the Volvo Mobility Service, through the use of its device. The request is sent using a data connection. In the event that the user has chosen to enable the relative function, the call call for assistance is also accompanied by the GPS coordinates to allow the detection of the geographical position. Upon receipt of the request, an operator of the Operations Center will contact the user for the management of assistance. Users, owners of vehicles who benefit from the Volvo mobility service for free, will add to all the benefits provided for by this service, reported in the "Welcome on board" booklet that equips their vehicle, the advantage of being able to contact the assistance center in facilitated and evolved mode.
